With a unique blend of hands-on claims leadership and system delivery experience, Alex serves as a “tech translator,” bridging the gap between front-line operations and technology teams to deliver practical, scalable solutions.

Prior to joining ReSource Pro, Alex held senior leadership roles including Director of Claims for a regional mutual carrier, where he oversaw multi-state operations (10 states) and led a team of 15+ adjusters. He has also held key roles across business analysis, implementation, and product ownership within the Insurity ecosystem.

At ReSource Pro, Alex focuses on driving measurable business outcomes through system optimization, workflow design, and integration strategy. He has played a key role in delivering and enhancing solutions such as Workers CompXpress (Breeze) and is frequently relied upon as a trusted advisor for organizations navigating post-implementation stabilization, operational scaling, and digital transformation.

Shadab Mohammed is a Technology Services Practitioner-Principal at ReSource Pro focused carriers, where he bridges technology strategy and measurable business outcomes for large, complex insurers. He brings a delivery-oriented mindset shaped by two decades spanning carrier-side leadership and top-tier advisory roles across Life, Annuities, and P&C.

Most recently, Shadab served as Director of Digital Services at Aflac, where he led enterprise digital enablement and Data, Analytics & Modernization initiatives. Before that, he headed the Insurance Data Practice at Capgemini USA, partnering with major carriers to architect data platforms, analytics strategies, and modernization roadmaps across both Life and P&C lines.

At ReSource Pro, Shadab leverages deep expertise in P&C ecosystems—including policy administration, claims, billing, enterprise data analytics platforms, and integration architectures—to help carriers design scalable, sustainable technology solutions. His unique blend of execution experience and strategic advisory perspective enables him to align technology investments with business priorities, governance requirements, and long-term transformation goals.

Tom is Senior Practice Director at ReSource Pro, leading technical architecture, design, and product development initiatives for insurance clients. He brings deep expertise in claims technology and platform integration strategies.

Tom served as Chief Architect at Systema Software (acquired by Insurity), was a founding developer of the ClaimsXPress platform (f/k/a SIMS), and Co-Founder of Propellint (acquired by ReSource Pro in 2025). Through these roles, he revolutionized the claims systems space. At ReSource Pro, he leverages his extensive knowledge of insurance technology to create custom integration solutions for businesses nationwide. His hands-on approach spans the entire product lifecycle, from development and management to the creation of agile platform integration strategies that drive business value.

Chelsea is a Principal Consultant at ReSource Pro, responsible for delivering IT solutions for workers’ compensation clients on both the carrier and TPA side. She specializes in projects involving claims vendors, data reporting, and regulatory compliance.

With extensive experience partnering with IT departments as an analyst and applications manager, Chelsea brings deep expertise in the Ocean and Workers CompXpress platforms. At ReSource Pro, she focuses on optimizing claims operations, implementing vendor integrations, and ensuring compliance with industry requirements. Her technical knowledge and understanding of the workers’ compensation landscape make her a valuable partner for clients seeking to enhance their claims systems.

Vishnu is an Associate Consultant at ReSource Pro, bringing analytical expertise and technical skills to client projects. He graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2022 with degrees in Information Science and Statistics.

With extensive knowledge of iVOS and ClaimsXPress (Sims) technology platforms, Robert helps clients successfully navigate complex data transitions. Kim is a Principal Consultant and Certified Scrum Product Owner at ReSource Pro, specializing in agile product development and system integrations for Property & Casualty insurance clients. She brings expertise from both claims operations and technology leadership roles.

At ReSource Pro, Kim serves as a Subject Matter Expert, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives and mentor team members. Her career progression from Auto adjuster to Senior Training Consultant to Agile Product Owner has given her a comprehensive understanding of claims operations, training methodologies, and product development. Kim has held formal leadership roles in auto and claims operations, and, most recently, she led integration-focused development teams, ensuring seamless connections across systems and applications to drive operational efficiency.

Randy is a Principal Consultant at ReSource Pro with over 25 years of experience helping commercial lines and specialty carriers turn technology strategy into measurable results. He leads modernization initiatives across the end-to-end insurance lifecycle, including specialty areas like Loss Control, bridging the gap between business objectives and technology execution. Randy’s experience spans IT operations, solution design and delivery, and technology leadership. He actively applies emerging capabilities like AI to solve real business problems. This range of experience gives him the perspective to meet organizations where they are and help them move forward.

Nicholas is an Associate Consultant at ReSource Pro, specializing in Big Data analytics and enterprise data solutions for insurance clients. His expertise encompasses analyzing complex information across large and disparate databases to provide meaningful insights for strategic decision-making.
