Dan joined ReSource Pro in 2005 and became CEO one year later, leading it from a small startup to a company with over 9,000 employees across 12 offices and 3 continents.
Matthew Bruno
- North America
Matt is the Founder of ReSource Pro, coming up with the initial concept and the start of outsourcing for mid-sized insurance organizations. In 2003 he opened ReSource Pro’s first office in Qingdao, China, instilling a strong culture of innovation.

Patrick Armstrong

Gene Hugh

Gene Hugh leads our global finance and strategy at ReSource Pro. Since joining in 2025, he has overseen Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and M&A, driving growth and digital transformation. Previously, Gene was CFO at Procure Analytics and spent 15 years at Intercontinental Exchange, where he led finance and operations through major acquisitions and enterprise-wide initiatives.
