Helen joined ReSource Pro in 2022 as a Client Executive. She is an insurance executive who began her career on the agency side with Fowler Agency (which became Bollinger) and Willis. She transitioned to Distinguished Programs Group where she served in multiple capacities such as SVP overseeing Underwriting, Marketing and Claims, EVP for the Community Association and Umbrella product lines, and COO with oversight of 65 program executives. She also served as Chief Strategy Officer of IT Room Solutions.
Bonny Tang

Since joining Resource Pro in 2006, Bonny has been managing client teams across retail brokers, MGAs, and carriers in both P&C and EB sectors. As a Director of Service Delivery, she now oversees new client onboarding, account management, and operation management of multiple clients, including one of the world’s largest privately owned insurance brokerage firms. Over the past years, Bonny has led teams to support several clients in completing data migration, operation integration, workflow redesign, and more after clients’ business M&A. She recently obtained her CISR certification.

Selection
Just 3% of applicants meet the criteria to move onto the next hiring stage – we’re more selective than the majority of US universities.
Onboarding
New Hire Bootcamp lasts 3 weeks and provides new hires with insurance knowledge through e-learning, workshops, and 140 hours of work simulation on either Property & Casualty or Employee Benefits.
On-the-job training
Once they graduate from bootcamp, our new hires spend the next 8 weeks working with a certified trainer, who ensures they meet the target quality level for specific tasks.
Continuous improvement
In addition to consistent audits at both the task and producer levels, we work to cultivate growth and improvement among our teams through initiatives like the Advance It! Program.
